Get to Know an Agent in Attendance: Katie Monson of SBR Media

Katie Monson is a literary agent with SBR Media

“I have been self-employed for the last 14 years, and have enjoyed the privilege of being home to raise my kids. I have always loved books and over the years I have searched for a way to stay involved within the book world that I love so much. I have been a blogger, beta reader, and editor but when the opportunity to become a literary agent presented itself at the perfect time I jumped at the chance. It took me 37 years and countless jobs to find the right one for me and I finally figured out where I belong.”
